Techflex™ hoses are designed and manufactured for long-term, maintenance-free use for the transfer of liquid cryogens. Even with -452°F liquid helium flowing through the hose, the outer surface remains safe to touch with bare hands.

Technifab Techflex™ vacuum jacketed hoses facilitate the transfer of cryogenic fluids with minimal loss of the cryogen due to evaporation from heat transfer. These vacuum insulated hoses are used in laboratories, food and pharmaceutical processing facilities, with medical equipment and in a wide variety of industrial applications.

Independent laboratory tests of vacuum insulated hoses have demonstrated that standard, off-the-shelf Techflex hoses offer a higher thermal efficiency than those of its competitors. A Technifab vacuum jacketed hose provides lower cooldown losses than competitive hoses. This translates into real dollar savings in reduced use of cryogen over time and a longer useful service life.
