About Us

Techflow Cryogenic Valves

Technifab offers a line of vacuum jacketed valves that gives you top cryogenic valve performance and also work best with vacuum jacketed pipe. These low heat leak valves remain frost free and don’t add unwanted heat to your cryogenic liquid saving you money and loss of cryogens.

Our valves utilize a redundant stem and bonnet seal. ASME 16.34 certification is available upon request for most models.

  • Designed for cryogenic system use.
  • Manual or pneumatic actuator options available on all valves.
  • Vacuum jacketed for maximum thermal efficiency in controlling cryogenic liquids.
  • Cryogenic globe valves are available in straight-through, right-angle, and Y-pattern configurations.
  • Self aligning seats.
  • Low handle torque for bubble-tight shut-off.
  • Valves are individually tested to ensure they meet our high quality standards.

Globe Valve for Cryogenic Pipe

Globe Valve for Cryogenic Tubing

Vacuum jacketed cryogenic valves are used with a variety of different cryogenic liquids for control and transfer in:

  • Vacuum Jacketed Piping Systems.
  • Cryogenic Equipment Drops before the use point.
  • Bulk Tank Shutoffs.
  • Capped bayonets to allow system expansion without shutdown.
  • Before gas vents to isolate the vent from the system.

Our valves are used with liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon, and liquid helium systems.

Valve Features:

  • Stainless steel body and stem
  • Redundant stem seal and bonnet seal
  • Multilayer insulation to minimize heat leak
  • Self-aligning seat
  • ASME 16.34 Certification available
