Cryogenic Tanks

Technifab offers cryogenic cylinders and bulk storage tanks.  The tanks, which meet all applicable industry standards and warranties, are available in a variety of sizes for the storage of bulk quantities of cryogenic liquids such as liquid nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen.  All tanks feature vacuum jacketed insulation to ensure a long hold-cold time of the cryogenic liquid.

VT Tanks

Operation is simplified with readily accessible valves and controls for adjustment and maintenance.  Wide line spacing limits frost build-up to the liquid lines only.  All line connections on the tank are threaded.  Economizer circuits, pump feed and return lines, fill check valves and fill hose purge/drain valves are standard equipment.

VJ Tanks

The VJ tanks do not need mechanical refrigeration for most applications.  There is no loss if the operation uses less than 7 lbs. (3.2 kg) per day of gaseous product.  These tanks are virtually maintenance free, and the electrical power cost savings make these units superior to foam insulated and mechanical refrigeration units.

Liquid Cylinders

The XL series is a transportable unit built rugged and designed for the low pressure requirements of liquid nitrogen filling, storing and dispensing.  They feature easy liquid withdrawal.  These units are versatile and built with the liquid nitrogen user in mind.  Some of the units are ideal for low volume users, while others are designed for frequent usage.  All cylinders are easily moved about on a five-caster base.
