Cryogenic ControlsThe following critical components in our vacuum jacketed piping systems combine to deliver performance never before realized: PRS-350— The Technifab PRS-350 Phase Separator ensures consistent delivery of cryogen that is nearly 100% liquid even at high flow rates. The net result is improved process control with reduced cryogen consumption.Gravity Feed Phase Separator— The Technifab Gravity Feed Phase Separator converts two-phase liquid/gaseous nitrogen to single-phase (saturated) liquid nitrogen at atmospheric pressure. This provides the coldest possible liquid nitrogen to the point(s) of use.Optimizer— Developed by Technifab, the Optimizer gives you real-time control of your cryogenic transfer system by supplying total cryogen usage data with repeatable data acquisition. This will allow you to monitor the performance of your freezing equipment.Valves— Technifab designs and manufactures vacuum insulated cryogenic valves in various configurations for most cryogens up to 2" IPS.
